Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Leath Jennings, age 45 of Southside – Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree and Harassment;

and

Mitchell Kyle, age 56 of Leesburg – Attempting to Elude

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
