Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Howard Neale, age 58 of Leesburg – Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle;

and

Caitlin Ward, age 35 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
