Two people were jailed on drug charges Monday in Cherokee County.
Rhonda McGee, age 51 of Centre, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Bond Revocation, plus a Bench Warrant. Jesse Trotter, a 39 year old resident of Gaylesville was arrested on the charges of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear. Both currently remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond for McGee set at $3,000; bond for Trotter was set at $2,500.
Both arrests were made by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.
