Heather Rosser, age 34 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear and Non-Support,

Hunter Cureton, age 27 of Piedmont – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Andre Smith, 29 of Gadsden – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia and with Tampering with Evidence;

and

Gregory Owens, age 57 of Leesburg – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent uuntil proven guilty in a court of law
