Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Margaret Dyer, age 57 of Collinsville – Failure to Pay;

Tonya Brown, age 49 of Gadsden – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

and

Cody Herrick, age 18 of Leesburg – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 99 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
