The Centre City Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday evening.

The council discussed a ditch clean-up project in the Bay Springs Road area in addition to some projects at the Hatcher Community Center.

Sealed bids were opened for a paving project in the Raintree Subdivision area but that bid was not approved, Mayor Mark Mansfield said that he would like to get some additional clarification concerning the bid specs.

A change order was approved for the new aquatic center project in addition to the approval of an invoice for Centre Transmission for a truck repair.

A position was also approved for the Parks & Rec. Department.

An agreement was approved with Sand Mountain Pest Control for termite services at the community center.
