Audrey Fisher, age 27 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Jeffrey Perry, age 23 of Centre – Failure to Appear;

Michael Bailey, age 51 of Cedartown, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Failure to Appear;

Bobby Fultz, age 39 of Grant, Alabama – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Pistol without a Permit;

and

Jeremy Conn, age 42 of Grant, Alabama – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Pistol without a Permit.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
