Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Kassey Dumas, age 29 of Gadsden – HP/Obstruction Criminal Investigation;

Jacob Davis, age 19 of Kingston, Georgia – Fugitive from Justice;

Phillips Perry, age 57 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear on a prior Probation Revocation;

and

James Morgan, 41 of Cnetre – DUI/Alcohol and Attempting to Elude.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
