The search for a drowning victim in the Coosa River has come to an end following the recovery of the body Thursday afternoon in the search area south of the Broad Street Bridge.  The victim, whose name has yet to be released, was recovered at approximately 4:05.

That closed six days of searching by over a dozen agencies from both Etowah County and across the state.
