48 year old Domingo Manuel Francisco was arrested on March 26th after a joint investigation between the Albertville Police Department and the Alabama Department of Human Resources, with assistance from the Marshall County Child Advocacy Center and the Marshall County District Attorney’s Office.

Information uncovered during the investigation led authorities to believe Francisco may have had access to multiple children over a period of years, mainly from 2005 until the present day. Francisco is currently in the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on one count of sodomy in the first degree and one count of sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old. His bond was set at $100,000 CASH. More charges are forthcoming.
