One person was hurt in a single-vehicle crash in Cherokee County just after midnight.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, around 12:20am Monday, a subject from Piedmont was transported for treatment following the wreck involving a 2000 Ford on Highway 278.
No additional information is being released at the time and the wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers
