CENTRE – Fyffe rallied to tie Cherokee County with three runs in the top of the fifth inning on Monday, but the Lady Warriors managed to push across a run in the bottom of the sixth and hold on for a 4-3 softball win on Monday.
Abby Lea and Auburn Mullins led the Lady Warriors with a pair of hits apiece, including a double.

Lea also scored a run and Mullins drove in one. Emma Hill also contributed a pair of hits and a run. Carson Coley doubled, walked, scored a run and drove in another. Lanie Williams finished with a hit.

Lea earned the win in the circle after giving up an earned run on seven hits with two walks and 13 strikeouts.
