Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Gregory Higgins, age 46 of Centre – Fugitive from Justice;

Kenneth Pickens, age 42 of Cedar Bluff – Domestic Violence/Menacing;

Timothy Hembree, age 61 of Dallas, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Carrie Spradler, age 28 of Piedmont – HOLD for Another Agency.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
