The National Weather Service says we could see some strong to severe storms on Wednesday. The main threat for the area will be for the potential of 60 mile per hour winds, quarter sized hail and a possible tornado Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday night.
Cherokee, Calhoun and Etowah Counties have been placed in the Slight Risk Area.
