Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Seth McFarland, age 21 of Cedartown, GA – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

and

Justin Smith, age 26 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while Suspended.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
