Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Dallas Rogers, age 31 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

and

Randall Davenport, age 37 of Rome, Georgia – Fugitive from Justice.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
