Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Dakota Butler, age 27 of Ft Payne – Alias Writ of Arrest (x4) and Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft of Property 3rd Degree;

and

Candacce Pollard, age 36 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Pistol without a Permit.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
