A highly-anticipated annual event for all those who like to “play in the dirt” is coming up this weekend right here in our own back yard – it’s one the area’s biggest and best plant sales, presented by the Cherokee County Master Gardeners organization:

That’s Melanie Garrett – who, along with Regional Extension Agent – Dr. Brian Brown appeared on the WEIS Radio morning show to discuss that event, and another taking place the following Saturday (April 9th) at the Leesburg Park Pavilion. Both sales are from 8:00am until 2:00pm.  The Master Gardeners are extremely well-known around the area, for their beautiful work at Centre City Park, Cherokee Rock Village and a multitude of other locations.

Now’s the time to swing into spring with an unbeatable selection to choose from, and all the information and advice you could ask for.
