Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Levon Copas, age 40 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia;

Geoffrey Saylor, age 44 of Pisgah – Violation of Conditional Release Order;

and

Jason Wordlaw, age 42 of Boaz – Theft of Property 2nd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
