There were a few changes for area teams in the latest Alabama Sports Writers Association softball and baseball rankings, released early Thursday morning.

In softball, Class 2A Spring Garden (10-5) dropped four spots to No. 7, while Class 3A Piedmont (7-5) entered the rankings at No. 7.

Other area softball teams continuing to receive consideration are Class 2A Sand Rock (12-10) and Class 1A Cedar Bluff (8-6-2). permethrin 5 and 4 days later oral ivermectin together

In baseball, Cedar Bluff (8-5) moved up one spot to No. 9, while Spring Garden (10-5) and Piedmont (16-4) maintained their No. 8 and No. 3 rankings respectively.
