Lester Hackney, age 59 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Resisting Arrest and Wilfully Setting a Fire;

Reagan Johnson, age 23 of Gaylesville – Hindering Prosecution 2nd Degree;

Carrie Lindsey, age 33 of Cedar Bluff – Grand Jury Indictment/Aggravated Child Abuse;

and

James McGatha, age 31 of Leesburg – DUI/Alcohol.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
