Three people were arrested after being accused of smoking marijuana at a residence in Rome, Georgia – exposing an eleven-month-old child to the smoke.
According to Floyd County Jail records – there was over an ounce of marijuana in the home, along with grinders, a digital scale, plastic bags, and multiple firearms. Twenty-three-year-old Madison Mary Grace Ezzell, 21-year old Elijah Wesley Boling, and 20-year old William Elijah Toles – are all charged with the second degree cruelty to children, felony possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, and the possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Toles was additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
