We have arranged a sit down interview with County Commission Chairman Tim Burgess and we will have more detailed information concerning the matter later this week.

In other business, the Commission approved a list of office equipment from the Highway Department as surplus to be sold or disposed of.

A memorandum of agreement with the County Commission and the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Freshwater Fisheries was also approved concerning periodic maintenance of County Road 861.
