There was a two-vehicle wreck, involving an 18-wheeler and a jeep – after 6:20am on Monday on Highway 35 at County Road 710, near Highway 9.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report that driver of the 2000 semi was a male resident of Ft Payne and the driver of the 2015 Jeep was listed as a female resident of Lindale, Georgia.
Fortunately no one was hurt; however there was some road blockage associated with the mishap; the big rig was hauling steel.
The cause of the wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
