CROSSVILLE – The Cherokee County Lady Warrior soccer team picked up their first area victory in a 2-1 decision at Crossville on Tuesday.

Reagan Tallent scored to tie the game with three minutes left in the contest. Ava Haygood scored the game winning goal in the second overtime period to end the game. لعبة سباق الخيل Kaylee Green was the winning keeper.

“I’m really proud of these girls,” Lady Warrior head coach Matthew Pharr said. “We’ve had a rough start to this season, but the girls have fought to finally get in the win column.  Any time you are starting 3-5 middle school girls or first year players there are going to be some issues, but they’ve learned a lot of positional and tactical information in a short time. كازينو888

“We had great play out of sophomore Hannah Moseley and junior Breanna Pierce that really helped us to change what we were doing in the second half and led to us tying and eventually winning the game.”

In boys action, the Warriors fell by the final of 2-1.

Cherokee County hosts Chattooga on Thursday. كازينو عربي
