Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Zachary White, age 40 of Cedartown, Georgia – Probation Violation;

Richard Neese, age 36 of Piedmont – Ignition Interlock Violation and Failure to Appear (two counts);

John Langston, age 39 of Cedartown, Georgia – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia);

James Bostick, age 49 of Piedmont – GJI/Revoked Bond;

and

Daniel Thomas, age 50 of Ball Play – Failure to Appear.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
