HIGDON – Delaney Coker struck out 10 North Sand Mountain batters in leading the Gaylesville Lady Trojans to a 7-0 softball win on Monday.
Sierra Holbrook led the Lady Trojans at the plate by going 2-for-3 with a home run, a triple, a RBI and two runs. Jayden Dobbins went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles, two RBIs and two runs. Emma Givens added a hit, a RBI and a run. Gracelyn Drake finished with a hit and a RBI.
Gaylesville plays at Jacksonville Christian on Tuesday.
