1. “NEW” Wi-Fi Hotspots: Patrons in good standing can check out a hotspot for one week. CCPL will be participating in the Alabama Hotspot Lending Program. This project was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and by Alabama Public Library Service. 2. “NEW” Medical Monday: Please join us for our new Health and Well-being series presented by health care professionals. Bring your lunch and we will provide drinks and dessert.

3. “NEW”Code Club: Weekly meetings resume Tuesdays at 3:30 for ages 10-18. Kids learn programming skills through a series of tutorials and projects. They use these skills to build websites, video games, phone apps, animations, and more. In addition, they learn how to become better problem solvers and critical thinkers.

4. Storytime: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30. Join Jinx and Ms. Rebecca for songs, crafts, and reading fun. Space is limited each week; call 256-927-5838 to reserve a spot.

5. Teen Book Club: Rather Be Reading Teens ages 13-18 will meet on Monday, February 28, at 3:30 to discuss their book pick of the month.

6. Reading Around Book Club meets at 11:00 A.M. on the first Monday of each month.
● April’s book: Any Classic

7. Kids & Kin: A Statewide supportive program for anyone caring for relative’s children. Everyone is welcome! Contact Larinda Garrett at 334-465-0099 for more information. Meetings are from 10:00AM – 12:00 PM.

8. Centre Career Center: Career Specialist Andre Mitchell will be at the library Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for assistance with your job search needs.
● Services include resume preparation, job search assistance, WIOA eligibility, on-the-job training, etc.
