A Rome man is charged with two felony counts of rape involving incidents from 2018.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Normal Contorno Moore, 40, is accused of drugging a woman before sexually assaulting her. He did this in June 2018 and September 2018. The affidavits don’t say whether it was the same woman or different women during these incidents.
Moore was arrested back in October on multiple misdemeanor marijuana charges, two felony failure to appear charges and bondsman off bond.
He was held without bond Friday.
