District #10 State Senator Andrew Jones announced on Thursday that the Alabama Department of Transportation will soon begin resurfacing the Chesnut Bypass in Centre from Cedar Bluff Road to Cherokee Electric.
Senator Jones said that the project should be completed by this summer.
This project is being funded by the Rebuild Alabama Act passed by the Governor in 2019.
