Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Joshua Lott, age 42 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Switched Tag and Driving while License Revoked;

Phillip Perry, age 57 of Piedmont – Alias Writ of Arrest/Probation Revocation;

Latrisha Mobbs, age 35 of Mentone – Court Order;

and

Christopher Deese, age 19 of Decatur – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 75 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
