Jackson Wells, age 21 of Centre – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Justin Miller, age 42 of Centre – Failure to Appear.

and

Rachael Stewart, age 35 of Leesburg – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are75 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
