Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Marlon Simmons, age 65 of Gadsden – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia;

and

David Shehi, age 41 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center,
