Cherokee County Arrest Files for Thursday:

Gregory Higgins, age 46 of Centre – Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Dusty Cavin, age 37 of Gaylesville – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Appear.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court or law

Currently there are 84 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
