A 30 year old woman accused of child molestation and statutory rape last year – was arrested by Chattooga County, Georgia authorities late last week.

Tori Burdick was initially taken into custody after the Walker County Sheriff’s Office notified Trion Police that they believed Burdick had sexual relations with a minor at a Trion-area motel.  Investigators interviewed the 14 year old victim – who told them that Burdick had rented a room at the motel in order for the two to have sex.

Burdick was re-arrested on Friday of last week, and charged with failure to appear in Chattooga County Superior Court.
