Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Thomas Owen, age 26 of Lincoln, Alabama – Failure to Appear/Expired Tag and an Insurance Violation;

and

 John Saylors, age 32 of Centre – Failure to Appear/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
