Tina Hartline, 43 of Gaylesville – Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Danny Strickland, age 52 of Rome – DUI/Alcohol;

Damien Harper, age 22 of Piedmont – Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia;

Joshua Holtzclaw, age 29 of Summerville – Theft of Property 2nd and 3rd Degreee and Burglary 3rd Degreee (two counts);

Gary Porter, 63 of Centre – DUI/Alcohol;

and

Jonathan McGatha, age 39 of Piedmont – Conditional Release Violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
