CENTRE — The Cherokee County Lady Warriors took another step toward clinching the Class 4A, Area 10 title with a 67-29 victory over visiting Jacksonville on Monday.

Audrey Green led the Lady Warriors (14-6) with 20 points and seven steals.

Mary Hayes Johnson delivered 17 points, six steals, five assists and four rebounds. Emily Allen finished with 11 points.

Cherokee County hosts Fort Payne on Tuesday.
