Shelly Smith, age 51 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest and Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Caleb Pendleton, age 25 of Centre – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Joey Mullins, 32 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Billy Williams, age 38 of Jacksonville – Failure to Appear/Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

and

Joshua Nix, age 40 of Powder Springs – Bond Revocation.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty n a court of law

Currently there are 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
