BE-ON-THE-LOOKOUT: An inmate from a work detail has ran away from the DeKalb County Schools Coliseum approximately an hour ago. The inmate is identified as Sterlin Ray Morgan (27 of Aroney). He’s 5’8”, approximately 180 pounds, with blue eyes, and short, blonde hair. Use caution, but the subject is not known to be armed.
