Boy Scout Troop #247 will be hosting a “Pancake Breakfast” Saturday (January 29th) at the Centre First United Methodist Church.
The event will get underway at 7:00 that morning and last for around four hours. The cost is only $7.00 and they’ll have dine-in and curbside service.
Troop #247 meets every Monday night from 6:00 until 7:30. Their building is across from the City of Centre pool by the park. They take a trip one weekend every month. They play games, learn about life, how to cook, be prepared for life, merit badges, and many other activities. Their door is always open for anyone who would like to pay a visit and see if Scouting is something they would be interested in.
