Three people were jailed on drug charges Thursday in Cherokee County

Tesla Smith, 29 from Rockmart, Georgia – charged with the Possession of Dangerous Drugs (two counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Anthony Presley – age 37, also of Rockmart charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Misty Culpepper of Centre, age 39, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/Meth and Unlawful possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All three were booked into jail around 3:00pm – where they currently remain with a bond amount of $5,500 being set for Smith and Presley; while the bond for Culpepper was set at $3,000.

Smith and Presley were arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – Culpepper was arrested by the Centre PD.
