Linda McGuire, age 69, of Centre passed away Saturday December 25th.
A funeral Service will be held at Perry Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 29th at 1pm, with Pastor George Lankford officiating. Burial to follow in Longshore Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12pm until the hour of service.
She is survived by her sister, Jean Stone, and special friend, Tom Burk.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James McGuire, brothers; Willie Norris, Clarence Norris, John Norris, and Frank Norris, sisters; Alma Gaultney, Lillie Mae Barnett, and Pauline Brewster.
Ms. McGuire was a native of Cherokee County, and the daughter of the late Horace Edwin and Mary Sue Noris Southern . She was retired from the Cherokee County Nursing Home. .
