Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Jimmie Shepard, age 38 of Centre – NO CHARGES LISTED;

Krystal Baty, age 41 of Attalla – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Doyle Ford, age 57 of Cedar Bluff – Driving Under the Influence/Alcohol;

Stacey Shuler, age 53 of Piedmont – Alias Writ if Arrest;

and

Frederick Hoffman, age 34 of Southside – Possession of Dangerous Drugs (two counts) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
