Two individuals were arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County Wednesday.

Johnny Cook, age 59 of Cedar Bluff and Tonya Hensley, 49 from Gaylesville were both booked into jail just prior to midnight – charged with Possession of Dangerous Drugs (two counts), Possession of  Marijuana 2nd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband.

Both were arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, and remain lodged in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond set at ,500 each.
