Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Billy Ingram, age 19 of Centre – was charged with Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

Myron Whiters, age 60 of Lawrenceville, Georgia – charged with Attempting to Elude,  with Reckless Endangerment, Resisting Arrest – and also Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based on probable cause – and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 74 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
