Candace Annette Cromer, 39 of Piedmont, was arrested in Rome after a traffic stop on GA 27 near Maple Street led to officers finding multiple types of drugs.

Reports said that after being stopped for a headlight violation a k9 officer altered on the vehicle.

A search then led officers to find methamphetamine, a schedule III drug, and smoking devices containing drug residue.

Cromer was charged with possession of meth, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, theft by taking and a headlight violation.
