Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Marty Womack, age 39 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Jarrett Thomas, age 43 of Centre – Bondsman off Bond;

and

Loranda Acker, age 22 of Centre – Driving Under the Influence/Alcohol.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 77 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
