Cherokee County now has a full-service meat processing facility open to the public.

Triple J processing is now open located on County Road 160 in Centre.

During a ribbon cutting/grand opening ceremony held on Wednesday afternoon we had the opportunity to speak with Owner Joey Walker about his new business –

Walker also explained how the process works –

Triple J is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Walker said that they try to have at least five kill days per week. For more information you can call 256-475-3287.
