Debra Ann Wood age 65 of Piedmont passed away Monday November 29th at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will 1 PM Thursday December 2nd at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tracy Hutchinson and Rev. Jonathan Pate officiating burial will follow in Mt. Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until 1 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include family and friends.
Survivors include husband, Charlie “Woody” Wood; sons, Brian (Rachel) Wood and Joshua Wood; daughters, Lori (Brian) Borders and Jessica Hicks; brother, Gary O’Conner; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Donette O’ Conner.
Mrs. Wood was a native of Anniston and the daughter of the late Frances O’Conner and a member of Cross Plains Church.
The family request that everyone wear a mask, and adhere to the CDC guidelines on social distancing.
